“Intuitively, Tamara sensed the pain in my arm and helped me identify the source of the problem. My condition improved greatly over the weeks as she gently stretched and manipulated the muscles, showed me exercises to do at home, explained why I should avoid certain positions at my desk and checked on my progress. It took some time, but I am now free of that pain. I’m eternally grateful for Tamara’s knowledge and experience and for her gift of touch.
